Gross Survivor Question

Does anyone know what the women do about their period while they are out there? I don't like camping overnight during that week- I can't imagine being somewhere without even a decent bathroom....

My guess would be since they know in advance they probably take the depro shot or something similar to prevent them from having them.

Good question - I wondered the same thing - I think they're given a ration of tampons while they're out there. That's probably the best option....

Ya know I wondered the same thing . . .but I think that since their bodies drastically change while they are there, they probably don't get their periods.

If they did, I am sure that the producers of the show supply them with things they need for that . . .

IMO, getting your period while on Survivor isn't any more gross than having to use the bathroom while on Survivor. There are no toilets!!

I had read before that they are supplied tampons if they are needed.

Some woman also have stated taking measures to not get it, and others state due to the lack of food, they didnt get it.

I believe that they are supplied in the first aide kit....along with condoms.

Yeah, after all you never know when there could be a contestant like Jerri on the Outback Survivor.
