Grocery Stores and CBR....

We leave in about 23 days and I am really getting ancy....I have a question about grocery stores.

If we are staying at CBR, which grocery do you suggest we use? We have never been and would rather not get lost venturing out into "town" on our trip.....the cheap though unconvienant way out is NOT what we want. We are willing to pay the $10 extra in snacks if it means the store is more directly on our route....

I was reading on mousesavers about a couple really close to DTD...but like I said, we have never been and thus would rather not venture off too far.

We went to an Albertsons between the airport and WDW. It was right off the toll road (we decided to stop there because we could see it from the road). It worked really well for us, as we didn't have to leave Disney property for the rest of the trip. I don't have the address, but I bet I could find it if I looked in the right places

You could always go to Goodings by DTD. It is a little more expensive on some things but we like the selection.

There is a much less expensive Winn Dixie, within a mile of Goodings... and let me tell you it was worth the drive

I saw many vacationers gettign thier weeks worth of groceries there!

I think your best bet is two that were mentioned above. If you want to stop on the way, you'll pay toll to get off and back on the beeline. Once you get to CBR, go towards DTD and take Hotel Plaza Blvd. To get to Goodings, go straight across 535(lake buena vista). To get to the cheaper Winn Dixie, take a left on 535 and go about 2 miles. It'll be on your right. It's a brand new building and very nice inside as well.
