Grocery storage at BWV

Before 2020, we had groceries (including refrigerated items) delivered to BWV and they stored them for us until our room was available and we were there to pick them up. We want to be able to either have some cold items delivered or pick them up on our way from the airport, and we arrive several hours before our room will be ready. My understanding is that they still will hold deliveries, but I'm wondering about items that need to be refrigerated (like milk or fresh fruit) since I have not been able to find any current information from my usual internet sources.

They will hold them but if you’re not there to tell them what needs to be refrigerated, the bag would need to be labeled

Agreed - that's our experience on very recent trips. They will refrigerate and hold, but the refrigerator items should be labeled. Disney does a good job of holding items and keeping them cold. The only thing they won't do anymore is transport items needing refrigeration when they transfer bags for guests on split stays. That apparently, became a problem - which I can understand.

Also, if you are having groceries delivered, there are a lot of posts elsewhere about new rules regarding delivery of liquor. No need to discuss that issue in this thread, but I wanted to make sure OP was aware of it.
