Okay, some of these transfer places will allow a grocery stop, but what do you do about perishables if you can't check in right away? Anybody run into that problem? We're going to the VWL in January and don't know what to do about groceries.

Any help would be appreciated.

Great question, but I don't know. I'm sure someone on the board has experience in this area. Look forward to what comes up.

Peace,

Bell services keeps your groceries in a "cold" room. I have never had a problem with dairy or other items that need to be kept cold like DH's beer. We've done this several times.

I knew there had to be a way around this problem. A cold room, huh? Wow. Disney thinks of everything!

We've used the "cold room" with great success many times....no problems!

Last time we were at BCV i needed to get something from a bag that bell services had already stored and saw two large grcoery store like glass fronted refrigerator cases loaded with guests groceries. no need to worry.

just make sure that your freezer items are in a different bag - mark freezer on the bag and when you give it to bell services - make sure that you say that this one needs to go in the freezer part - everything else is okay for cold storeage.

they don't go through your grocery bags and take out the freezer stuff.

WOW...and here I've been, trying to do "menus" based around bread, non-frozen waffles, and juice crystals!:D
