Is there an easy-on / easy-off grocery stop on I-4 from Orlando International ((MCO) to the Epcot resort area?

I am looking for a grocery store that is not too expensive for diapers/wipes ... and essentials like milk and fruit...

I believe the Direct route from the airport to WDW is I-4 if there is one off that road, what exit # should I look for?

A Few years back, we used Happy Limo, he got off and right back on, but who was paying attention to what road we were on...LOL

Thanks for the input...
Happy New Year !

I prefer 417 to I-4 from the airport. Take the South exit out of the ariport and take 417--it is a toll road, but only cost $2.00 plus a few 50 cents tolls. The easiest grocery store to get to off of 417 is the Albertsons at Orange Blossom Trail. Exit 417 and go straight across Orange Blossom into the Albertsons parking lot. Then it is a straight shot back on. For you purposes, though, the Supertarget at Orange Blossom might be the best bet. Exit off of 417 turn right onto Orange Blossom, and the Supertarget will be at the next light on your right.

We use 417 also and find it to be a better route to WDW.

I am wondering at what time Alberton's and Super Target close? We will not be landing in MCO until 10:00 p.m. By the time we get the car, yada, yada, yada, It may be after 11:00. Are either of these stores 24 hours? :flower1:

Mich Mouse, allearsnet says that Albertson's is open till 1 AM. GoldenOldie, thanks sooo much for that link to allearsnet, it was exactly what I was looking for. Love you dissers  . Karen

Thank you all VERY MUCH !!! That is exactly the info I was looking for...

Happy New Year !

We prefer the Publix at 417 and John Young Parkway for value, selection, and quality. Easy on/off, and great service.

The SuperTarget the exit before (417 and Orange Blossom Trail) is a bit more expensive and just does not have the selection that Publix does.

What about organic natural food stores or stores with a large selection of these?

We always say we are going to do a grocery stop and never do. We usually pack and/or ship snacks, but it would be nice to just stop and pick up a case or two of bottled water. We are big water drinkers and always drink bottled at home too, not trying to say anything bad about Disney water! LOL

We also take 417. I am only interested in buying organic food--cost is secondary. (once you commit yourself to buying only organic, you commit to the cost--and to be honest, these days organic food is often only a small difference in price)
Does anyone know which grocery store has the best organic and natural food selections?
