Grocery shopping question

I see a lot of people mentioned either having Tiffany Town Car stop at Albertsons for groceries (after I fax in my request of course) or using www.wegoshop.com. Just wondering, does the state of FL sell alchohol in the grocery store or do I have to go elsewhere. Mainly looking for beer & wine but dh would appreciate a little tequila while on vacation!!
Also, as long as I am asking...
Some people mentioned (on what to pack or shop for) laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent & soap, toilet paper, kleenex, paper towel, napkins, garbage bags, etc. Is none of this supplied?
I will be at VWL. Is there a maid service or not?

With regard to the items you listed, the only ones you should consider bringing are laundry detergent (they leave enough in the room for one load) and napkins (there are none). The other items are stocked by housekeeping. If you happen to run out of anything, a phone call will get you more.

This is assuming you are staying in a 1B or 2B. The list for a Studio is a little different.

Assuming you are staying at VWL on DVC points (your own or rented), you get a "Trash and Towel" service on Day 4 of your stay. Housekeeping will change your towels, empty your trash, and restock any of the consumables you listed. But that's about it.

If you are staying 8 nights or more, you will get one full cleaning during your stay.

Other than that, you will find a clean room when you arrive, and they will again clean after you leave. Houskeeping will not otherwise provide any cleaning services during your stay. You can pay for additional housekeeping if you wish (schedule at check-in). You can also change the schedule for the Trash and Towel and Full Cleaning days if you so desire. Again, make arrangements when you check-in.

Albertson's does carry wine, beer and fruffy drinks. I think there other alchol is pretty limited. I would recommend calling and checking specifically. They did not have my brother in laws beer and they did not substitute anything, so ask first instead of being disappointed.
