Grocery shopping delivery question...

We're heading for our first stay at the BCV on our dvc points!! I really like the idea of ordering groceries ahead of time, but I don't want to be tied down to being at the resort at an exact time. I guess I have 3 questions:

1. What is your experience with not being there when the groceries show up?
2. Are they usually prompt?
3. How late do they generally deliver?

If you have any other tips for grocery delivery, I would appreciate them. Thanks!

We have used gardengrocer 3 times in the past year. The first two times we were at the resort when they delivered. The third time they were early and we had just gotten to MCO so they went ahead and left it with bell services. This actually worked out well because our room wasn't ready yet and bell services kept everything cold and/or frozen that needed to be. We had planned on using them again in May but decided to rent a car later in the afternoon on our arrival day at WDW Dolphin for one day to go to Citywalk and the outlet mall. So we will probably just get our own groceries this time. Gardengrocer is great though!!!!

I've used GardenGrocer.com twice and had groceries delivered to BWV and SSR. They were left with bell services both times, without a single problem. He calls to say he made the delivery - only I missed the first time because I gave him my home phone rather than the cell.
