I have always ordered groceries for my stays at OKW by printing up an order form, filling it out, and then snail mailing it to the powers that be! I have no fax machine.

This seems silly. Ordering on line is available everywhere else! DVC, please step into the 21st Century!

I agree! I've never ordered groceries before but thought about doing it for our upcoming OKW trip in May. I'm not sure how comfortable I am faxing all my credit card info, out there for everyone to see. I think I'd rather mail it. I suppose online has its security drawbacks too. Have you ever had a problem?

We faxed our grocery list down for BWV last May, and had no security problems at all and everything was delivered to our room on time. Fax machines are usually put in secured areas just like their reservation printers etc, and I think it is as secure as an internet request if not more so since people can't "hack" into fax machines like they can in the internet.

Go for it!

There is no need for credit card info for your food order. They just place the charge to your room. One word to the wise, be very careful with the amounts you order. One time I ordered about 2 dozen bottles of water assuming they were the normal size that you carry around with you-they turned out to be 2 litters each. I had enough water to take a bath in.
