Grocery Delivery?

How long did it take Marge to get back to you? I placed my order yesterday and I called her today since I got the email saying I had to called to arrange delivery and she said she would be going through emails this afternoon and would call me back and I never heard from her.

I'm getting a little nervous that I haven't heard from her confirming my order and that she had availability for delivery next Saturday.

If she doesn't have the ability to deliver my order next weekend I need to place my order through garden grocer Monday.

I don't want to pester her, but I don't want to miss out on getting my groceries either.

Will she contact me over the weekend? I have to be honest, I'm feeling a little nervous. I also called her last week to ask her about availability and she said she would call me back and she never did, but I figured that was because she was out and said she didn't have her appointment book with her so she forgot, but I figured this time she had my email/order and surely there couldn't be anyway she'd blow me off or forget me this time. But two times in a row, I'm not feeling it. :confused3

we've used garden grocer twice. the only issue this past trip was that both of our 1 gallon milks went sour. i noticed it within a week of being there, april 30th expiry date and only a smidge left. no biggie, opened the second one and it was one gallon of totally spoiled milk. since we were at wl we had a mini fridge. we had to keep them on their side and the milk had actually separated. i called the 1800 number, they took my info and said they'd call back. they did in about 20 minutes and promised me a complete new one to be dropped off that day or the next. it was there that nite when we returned. i was very happy that they backed up their products, esp since who knows whos fault it was theirs or disneys.

We just got back from WDW yesterday and used Garden Grocer for the first time. It was awesome. Our stuff was waiting at Bell Services for us just as expected. When we got into our room, we called them and they delivered it. Everything we ordered was there and as described. Everything was fresh and the beer was a great price considering what the resort was charging. Garden Grocer also called to check on our order a couple hours later. I will use them every time we go now.

I just wanted to add that I also used Garden grocer for trip last week and this was the 3rd time I have used them. The service they provided was excellent and I will be using them again. They also called my house a few days before my arrival and verified my order to make sure there was no problems. It was waiting in bell service and the GF refrigerated all my cold items for me. Can't say enough good things about them.

How was the trip? Have you started a trip report yet?

We used Garden Grocer 11/08 and it was terrible. I was overcharged, received items I didn't order (and some items I did order were missing), I got serveral phone calls from them on my arrival day regarding the status of my order and they were all inconsistent.

When I called back to get the items I DID order and pay for (they were on my confirmation) it was a hassle to get the wrong items back to bell services so GG could pick them up when they delivered my correct order.

It was a lot of wasted time, phone calls, and even a walk through the Poly's bell service area where they store all the luggage (that was kinda neat to see) just to get everything straightened out. And I never did get a refund for being overcharged.

I would NEVER use GG again...so not worth the hassle!

the only problem with garden is they may not have the brand you like but not a big deal example i like deans french onion dip they only have hell of a good dip brand stuff like that no big deal
