If the service has delivery slots available you can still use it. You will pick a two hour window from what is available and they will deliver within those two hours. If you are paying with a credit card then garden grocer will leave the groceries with bell services if you are not at the resort , I am not sure if we go shop does that as I never used them.

We usually rent a car and shop ourselves but this time for our Thanksgiving stay (with 13 family members) we used Gardengrocer. We spent over $200 so got free delivery but I did add a $10 tip to the on-line order and we tipped bell services when they brought our bags up. Someone from Gardengrocer called my cell phone at the beginning of the delivery window I specified and confirmed that we were ready for delivery. I was also contacted after the order was dropped off to make sure everything was OK. Was very pleased and would definitely use them again!
