Grocery Delivery

Will the grocery services companies like Netgrocer and GardenGrocer deliver to the resort without having to be there in person to receive it?

We want to get some items like water, pop, etc delivered, but don't want to have to sit and wait in our room for someone to bring them.

We will be at the POP in Sept. w/out a car, so driving to WalMart is not an option.

Anyone have any suggestions?

We used Garden Grocer on February 14th.

They delivered while we were at the parks. We even had a case of beer in our order and did not have to be there to receive it.

Bell services held the order for us until we returned from the parks. They kept the cold items in the refrigerator for us

We've used GardenGrocer a number of times over the past years and they are excellent! They will deliver while you are at the parks, with no problem.

When you order on-line are there special instructions that I need to give them for deliveries to POP?

Gardengrocer is fabulous! We have used them 5+ times and always had great service. We always add items that are NOT listed and get them with no problem.

I believe the order form will ask your resort name. I have always called and spoke to someone over the phone.

Delivery directly to Bell Services is the standard operating procedure for Gooding's (www.goodings.com). You don't ever see their delivery person, and you don't schedule an exact time.

we stayed at por for christmas...and had a great time we used garden grocer, not only for drinks, but lunch meat, bagels, fruit, cream cheese, plates, napkins, ect. they delivered while we were at the parks, and bell services brought it to our room that night. it was extremly worth it. a little more than i would spend at home (i am a dollar store shopper) but well worth it to have bagels and cereal in the room before leaving to go to the parks as a hint, if you're getting milk, purchase a few half gallons instead of a whole gallon, they fit easier in the fridge. we'll be using them again in july. happy shopping!!
