Isn't our weather crazy? Our total snowfall was measured at 20 inches. It is so cold with the temperature hovering around zero right now.

Just heard that the Mall of America's (Metrodome) roof collapsed early this morning so there won't be any game this afternoon. The team the Vikings were scheduled to play (Giants) are stranded in Kansas City. It sounds lke the airport has one runway open and will soon open a second one but there are hundreds (probably thousands) of travelers whose flights have been cancelled.

If I remember right, the Halloween blizzard of '91 produced about 28 inches of snow. We tried to take our little boys out trick or treating but wading through two feet of snow made us change our minds quickly. I think we went to the mall and did our trick or treating there.

We didn't have quite as much snow out here as the cities for once but it's more than enough for me for awhile! But it sounds like we will get more Wednesday or Thursday. At least it will be a white Christmas!

I did make it but I don't sell them, but PM me and I can make some for you for your cruise. There are several sizes and styles-We can talk about it. As long as I don't have to do them soon it'll be good-I have been sewing like crazy the past few weeks frantically trying to get gifts done. I made 9 rag quilts and several tote bags.

Yes! I already had our reservations booked, then they offered the free dining, so I called and cancelled the existing ressie, made a new one for 2 extra days and got the free dining and it only cost me $100 more, or something like that, so I'm very happy.

Laura!!!! Oh my goodness!! DH finally got to the Post office today as they were closed Saturday before we could get there due to the weather and he picked up my package! I LOVED everything!!! The towels are adorable! And the ornament, clings and post its will be going to work with me tomorrow along with the candy! (LOVE Russell Stover!) and where did you find that Mickey Snowman cookie set?? I can't wait to use it! And the calendar-Eeyore is my favorite and that will going to work with me too!

I got it in this afternoon's mail, Doreen. The postmark on it was 12-6-10 which was last Monday but it was all taped up, not like it had been opened or anything. Anyway I got it now so an envie will be going out to Diana tomorrow!

Thanks Nena!! The secret snowman package arrived yesterday (Monday) I LOVE the snowman hand towel, mickey snowman cookie cutter, and the two jingle bell snowman decorations!!! so adorable!!...I love snowmen!!
