I am so jealous of all of you who are getting cold weather. I am in Texas and its supposed to be 85 here today! I am from Chicago and really miss the way everything looks as it changes colors in the fall before winter. Hopefully, one day the military will station us somewhere up north where there are actual changes in seasons....

Be careful what you wish for! I am 'up north and it was 80 here in NE yesterday, today is supposed to be 72 or so and they are saying snow mixed with rain by Friday!!!! I'm not ready for THAT!

Good News Walgreens StoreManager called me again today and though I could tellhe didn't like it ,his District Manager had called him and told him I was right and that the clerk and him were WRONG! You can use a BOGO mfg c/owith a Walgreens BOGO c/o!! I bet I don't get a hard timewhen I go in again !! That cashier better not do one thing wrong or I will call corporate again!!

I feel for you, I really do . . . We lived in North Bend in the foothills of the Cascades for almost 5 years. Right under the clouds that bumped up against the mountains and got stuck for weeks. Once we had 90 consecutive days with 1 1/2 hours total of blue sky. I loved the people but the weather was really hard to take.

My husband did his fire training in North Bend! I've never been there, we've only been in WA for almost 2-years now. We actually don't get as much rain as that part of the state. Although today, it is very grey and wet, a total Seattle type of day.
