I guess I'm saying, for example:

Me, you, AWM, Mum, and DIT send in 4 bags each. I would get one of yours, one of AWM's, one of Mum's and one of DIT's, but not one of my own.

But, I guess it doesn't matter how many are in a group, just you don't get one of your own Clear as mud?

Yeah but no but yeah but I want one too! If you don't want too many/too big groups I'm happy to do a private trade and swap a handmade one for a lovely English bag of some sort (OK, an English bag - can't guarantee how lovely ).

I'll make as many as I can with the amount of time I have I do need to go get some fabrics, and I can't guarantee that I can find the tea pots (that was a clearance fabric a couple years ago), but I'll try to find some good stuff.

Have we decided how many bags/groups? (Plus an extra one for morgansmom if she can find her fabric ) And those bags which are basically just a slightly stronger carrier bag are definitely out - we're looking for some sort of gusset with webbing or strengthened handle and generally robust construction (seams!)

do you want me to do groups?? what do all of you think? i just thought i'd keep it small and large. and i would try to make sure you don't get your own back. and it's send 4 get 4 right? Mum has a (2) next to her set because she wants to send in 8 and get 8. i have not even looked for any yet. i love my kohls one that snaps up. makes it easier to store. i'm still trying to get to the disney store to check theirs out.

ok jennifer. i just went back and looked at your pics. is there something in between the 2 fabrics? it looks cushy! maybe i should dig that stupid machine out and you and i could make some together?? that's wicked funny! 'cause i'm not sure i could sew a straight line for my life! but i'd love to try. i'd love to find the cars material that my sil made bubba a pillowcase last year out of. i'm going to check wallymart this weekend.

No, there's nothing between the lining and the outer fabric. It just may be the pictures.

I went to Jo's yesterday and they, snap, *just* had their 50% off clearance fabrics! So, I missed it for now. I hate to ask you to move the due date, but I may have to .

I found a GORGEOUS teal and cream paisley print that I loved loved loved! Of course, that one wasn't clearance!

My wal-mart had disney fabric on clearance yesterday, about 6-8 different ones but I only remember looking at the big panel one from cars.

MM2000, how large does the fabric need to be? I have some that I have been saving that I can send to you. I have some Clifford. Don't ask. I have no idea why. None of my boys liked Clifford that much.

Good idea AWM. I have a bunch of fabric too. Some are small (fat quarters), but some are bigger pieces. I know I have Mickey Mouse fabric and cats and I'm not sure what else. I can send you some too.

OMG! Bubba loved and still loves Cliff. Our Cliff has been to WDW twice, Sesame St.Place, New Hampshire.....he goes on every trip with us. Ma bought him a big GIANT one that I managed to throw away.....ssssshhhhh

Let me measure what I've got and let you know. I generally use a thicker (home decor) fabric for the outside, so it's sturdier, and a thinner fabric for the lining. Clifford would make a good lining, I bet

Okay, I measured the pieces I had cut out already. I need them to be about 18 inches wide by 32 inches tall. I could work with smaller pieces, but it would probably take me longer and I don't know if I'm *that* good

Oh, and here's my "regular" sized bag.
