we have always purchased groceries theu Garden Grocer and Walmart for prior stays ... any changes to rules w/COVID-19? With the parks closing so early this Nov stay, we will be cooking alot of dinners in villa. TIA

We just used instacart last week at Copper Creek with no issues at all. They dropped them off at bell services and once we got our room number assigned I stopped by the front desk and they rolled everything on a cart up to our room.

Did you purchase any cold items from Instacart needing refrigeration (milk)? I always get nervous about cold stuff and I read different stories on if Bell Services is able to store them in a fridge.

We did eggs, milk, yogurt and cheese. I assume they refrigerated it since it was all still cold when it got to our room. We did line up the grocery delivery time slot to be between 1-3 (got there about 2) and our room was ready at about 3:15. So either everything stayed cold or they refrigerated it, which I think they did.

Bell Services at all the DVC resorts have refrigerators and freezers due to the villas having kitchens and guests checking in before their villas are ready needing safe storage for their perishable foods. You just need to label bags of foodstuffs clearly so they know where to keep them.
