Well if you are using a limo service from the airport, many of them will do a free grocery stop. You can also go to
www.wegoshop.com They are an online shopping service, you give them your list and they will deliver you groceries to your resort for a fee. We have used them before with good results, I think others might have had problems however. You could do a search of wegoshop on this board and view any threads regarding them. Also the
DVC resorts have a small convenience/grocery store with a pretty decent inventory of items but they are expensive! I just used the one at Saratoga Springs for items like cereal, juice, milk and snacks and it was fine but much higher than a grocery store. I know of people who ship boxes of non perishable supplies to their resorts ahead of time. I usually do pack some snacks, fruit snacks, protein bars, peanuts and apples in my carryon as well. Last but not least you could always take a cab to a local grocery store, Goodings is the closest I think but their prices are lousy and with the cab fare that could be pricey. My best recommendation is to go with something like wegoshop if you have very many items to get. As I said, we used them last January and they were great and had our items ready for us at the resort before we arrived.
