Groceries & Deli Counters

We are going to WDW in April. We will be visiting Typhoon Lagoon and would like to bring in snacks, sandwiches and such with us. Where is the best (economical) place to buy sandwiches chips and drinks to take with us. Goodings is close but I believe it is rather expensive. Any Publix or Super Walmart stores within a reasonable distance. We will be staying at All Star Sports.

I think the closest supermarket is Winn Dixie, on 192 west of World Dr...There's a Publix at the corner of 535 & 192, also.......
Super Walmart is east of the Publix, on 192

There's also a really good Subway sandwich shop right near the entrance to Disney on the 535. We're also planning a visit to Typhoon Lagoon in April and we're just going to buy one of those cheap styrofoam coolers and fill it with drinks and Subway sandwiches for our lunch.

Nagel we're heading down to Florida this Monday but first off to Cocoa Beach and then to Fort Myers Beach and then back to Lake Buena Vista for the remaining days.

We haven't decided which day to go to TL but it'll be somewhere between March 29th and April 9th.We have never been to any of the water parks so we're really looking forward to this visit, although I was sorry to hear that Blizzard Beach won't be re-opening until April 9th and we go home on the 10th.

There's also a new Winn-Dixie that's just a bit further along from the Subway and although we haven't been down since it opened we did buy deli stuff at the Marco Island Winn-Dixie and I thought it was the best tasting deli food that I've ever tried.
