Okay, so I've been looking around on the forums and can't find what I'm looking for.

I'm trying to lose weight before our trip in September. It's been slow going. the only ride I had issues with was The Forbidden Journey. And I believe that was because I was wearing a fanny pack and it made it harder to get the bar all the way down. I gave it to my son and we didn't have any issues.

I've heard that there's a certain side I should sit on. I'm sorry if this has already been asked, but I'm new to the Universal forums. I'm trying to lose weight, but it's going slower than I'd like.

I'm really only worried about those two rides. I know I can do the Mummy without an issue.

Any help is appreciated.

And don't worry about remembering or having to request those seats - the employees will specifically direct you to the back row in Gringotts (if they think you need it) and, if necessary, will say "please sit on the end" on Forbidden Journey.

Good Luck on your weightloss! I've been there . . .

Also, if you do not want to necessarily sit at the last row of Gringotts, Row 3 also has modified seating, but in most cases they seem to like to direct me to the last row. However, if you want to get a closer look, you can request to be in row 3 I've done so before.
