I am have a seafood smorgasboard for dinner tonight. We are having swordfish and salmon steaks, 2 tilapia filets, and 2# of crab legs. DH likes to do the olive oil, salt and pepper stuff on the fish. I was hoping to try something different on the tilapia since it is the first time we'll have eaten it. Any recipes would be appreciated! Thanks!!
