Grigotts bank ride :(

I am ticked off about the new ride. Why does everything have to be 3-D? I thought it was goings to be an indoor coaster like the mummy. Both dispicable me and transformers are 3-d are they planning on making all the new rides 3-d if so I will start going back to WDW. 3-D makes me nauseous, then I can't ride anything else.

I hadn't heard about that. Is it going to be more like Forbidden Journey which is a bit of both?

I don't know but I don't think a child could ride FJ with 3-D glasses not coming off.

Forbidden journey is not 3d. No glasses. And gringotts will be 3d tho it's not known if it will

It just ticks me off that most of the new rides are with IMAX style screens. They just make me so sick. I was so excited about the gringotts ride, I thought it was going to be like the Mummy, an indoor coaster.

I know there are no 3D glasses for FJ, but I was thinking that the "film" portions are meant to seem that those parts are 3D.

I was also really excited when I found out about this ride!
I was thinking of all the possibilities of the film and how amazing it would be, now if its going to be some 3D crap again your not the only kne who is going to really disappointed!!!
They really don't need another 3D ride! What they need is a cool roller coaster style ride much like the mummy or the forbidden journey something with thrill and imagination to make you feel as though your right there in the vault! Everytime I watched HP I thought to myself how cool a coaster style ride would be, much like when j watched Monsters inc and the door scenes! ( so wish disney would have followed through with that ride!)

It's going to be a roller coaster with huge sets and screens mixed in, in the spirit of The Mummy. It's not a 3D simulator or anything.

Anticipation!

I'm not going to pass judgement until I experience the attraction. Whatever platform they roll out, it's nice to see they're investing money into the parks to keep things fresh...this coming from a jaws fan

Rumours are that it is going to be amazing. Some sets are supposed to be 5 stories tall. I believe that will be 3d screens mixed in with elaborate sets to add some action to what is going on.

I love Spiderman, but The Mummy raised the bar.

If it's a mix, I hope it leans much more heavily toward The Mummy.
