Greyhound Bus From Disney Area?

Daughter in DW would like to take a Greyhound Bus to Naples for 2 days. Does anyone know where the Bus Terminal is? Also, how good is this transportation? Marla
 
I haven't done this but the Lynx golynx.com #50 bus runs from the TTC to the Lynx terminal in Orlando. Transfer to the # 25 For the Greyhound Terminal on John Young Parkway
