My parents live on Neola!!!! My wedding reception was at The Great Hall (old Saint Teresa's church!)
Its a small world...

Woah, that's right down the street from my old house...I lived on Grandview!!! I used to go down Bernice to Babcock all the time and passed Neola on an almost daily basis! Lots of old landmarks along that area...Ross Park Mall (which is getting a Nordstrom next month!) being the big one off McKnight.

I remember when The Great Hall opened and when they tore the old yellow-bricked school at the top of Good and 19 down...I don't know if you've heard but North Hills School District might close Perrysville Elementary :-(

This is actually my second post to these forums, my first was a question about an old VHS put out by Disney years ago entitled "Very Merry Christmas Songs".

In any case, I'm VolvoManiac850. I hail from western Pennsylvania (to be precise, a little community north of Pittsburgh called Hampton Township) and have been a Disney fanatic my entire life. Just about every movie I saw growing up was a Disney film of some sort. My entertainment center has always overflowed with Disney videos and DVDs and I am not afraid to admit I have a "Classic Disney Volume II" cassette ready to go in my car whenever the mood strikes.

As my name implies my Volvo 850 is my passion. I love the car and enjoy taking it on random drives to wherever...the park, the mall, WDW...

LoL you know since I started working up there in 2005 I havent had Daffins chocolates! Ive had it before of course but not since I started working up there strangely enough. And I actually work right across the parking lot from Reyers too!

We stayed Poly Concierge for my honeymoone (back in 2000 when you could still do it for $200 a night). My favorite place to stay now is Wilderness Lodge. We just bought into Disney Vacation Club so we will be staying in DVC for the near future.
This board has lots and lots of wonderful information and even more wonderful people. It has helped me plan many trips.

I was thinking of going but we are in Canonsburg and it is a bit of a ride for us. I'm reading online that there is NO trip giveaway at each city. I did read online that Radio Disney is going to be there and we LOVE Radio Disney. I'm still uncertain if we are going to take the drive just for baloons.

I wanted to go to the Disney tour today, but I never heard of a time and I have to young kids in school and need to be able to get them, DS is done with preschool at 12 and DD at 3:20, so that made it difficult too.

I'm jealous that you are going twice to Disney soon! I'm not sure if we can afford to go back this summer. I have one boy in third grade and I don't want to take him out of school. He doesn't struggle but he does need extra support at times. I got two free dining offers in my email to go back but we just cannot make it happen.
We never made it to Pittsburgh for the free balloons.
