They're out of Texas. gobblegobble.com is the website. An Oprah's favorite thing - if that means anything to anybody. A friend of mine used them last year and loved it. They're a bit pricey, so I just wanted to hear from others before I send one as a gift.

I did order one a couple years ago...I remember it to be good but not exceptional and didn't think it was worth the price or hype. I sort of remember it to be very salty.

I have never had one of those, but my DH smoked our turkey for Thanksgiving. They do seem pretty expensive, but then again any mail order meats that I have seen are all expensive to me.
