OK, So our IT guy is fixing a server located under a pipe break right now. That one wasn't my fault, but the tea did get my computer on this one!!

Wow! I'm new here and have been reading the Where's Greenban thread. Mostly I was wondering "WHO'S GREENBAN?" Then I figured he wasn't real at all, maybe an *imaginary* friend. Not that all the posts weren't completely and utterly lucid, mind you!

So, um, being new here, can I assume you're the inspiration for the lime green neck thing? I wrote a haiku about that, but didn't get a haiku back explaining it.

Ok - I have been trying to follow the greenban thread as a lurker and thought I would post (usually too much pressure - so many entertaining and creative people here!)

I voted wanted the attention -only because it "appears" greenban is now back but as far as I could tell skimming the 6 pages of this thread we still don't have the "true" answer. I think he is enjoying reading all the fun banter that he caused!

Whatever the reason - glad you're back! Now I just have to invest some time so I know what the heck hanname is all about ...
