Okay,, I have a problem with this. In my little mind , I thought the green ears were made so fiends could recognize other fiends.
I have tried to meet and talk to others (in past visits) that displayed the green ears, but didnt want to socialize at all. So if they didn't want to socialize,,why would they display the green ears, and why should I care if they were from the Dis boards ?

I didn't find that to be true. On the contrary. The first ears I saw were Stacktester and we did talk. And, Shanman, and we talked. I didn't see many more but I bet I do this year. It's hard to find people home because they're out at the parks all day, but if I'm there, I would welcome a chance to meet face to face. We're out all day and don't get home until late, so our chances are few. But if you see my green MIKMOUSE ears, please say hi!

We don't do a lot of socializing such as visiting others' sites, or sitting around and chatting with a brewski in hand. We do display the ears as a sign that we are somewhat active on the board and are willing to chat with anyone who stops by....fiends or not. We appreciate the information on the board and like to meet others who contribute.

I don't think I would count as a Fiend, but we will have our ears up and I would welcome a conversation with anyone who recognizes the green ears are from the boards. I love this board it gives me my fix. I have been reading since 2006 and posting since 2008. We will be on the look out for others as well so we can say hello when we pass. We will be out at the parks a lot so it will make it tough to sit and socialize. The kids, ages 9 and 11, won't want to sit at the site when the mouse isn't far away.

Born to Fish and TnBob you know how most of us Tennesseans are, we will talk to anyone that stands still long enough. If you are there over Thanksgiving please give us a shout orr leave a note pinned on the green ears sign if we are out.
