Greece - Opening Day Price?

DH and I are thinking about the Sept. adults only to Greece for 2018. It's currently priced at $5699 per person. This is a long shot, but by any chance does someone here know what the opening day price was? If it's a significant difference, might be better to wait and book this for 2019. The alternatives we are looking at are Nat Geo's Provence hiking trip or Portugal hiking trip, so although Greece would probably be my first choice, we are not wedded to it.
