Great Wolf Lodge questions

we love great wolf!! we go for 4 or 5 days every year in the poconos. we travel with a 3,4,8 and 13 yo. and they all have so much fun. we have so much fun. the poconos has the magiquest, cant get enough of that. even my 13yo daughter loves the magiquest.

i think $219 is a great rate. remember its getting everyone in your party into the water park. if you were to go to a water park and spend the night it would cost you $50 each person or more just to get in the park, forget about lodging.

For everyone looking for an awesome GWL deal, heres one for you. Use the code BACKYARD as a promo code. You can get a family suite Sun-Thurs nights for $129! This will include hotel stay for the night and waterpark tickets! This code is good for up to 4 people, after the 4th person I think they charge $30 for extra people up to 6. Of course I am not making any kind of guarantee to this code working for everybody depending on which location you are going to and the dates you are traveling. And I am not sure of the expiration date. Good Luck and have a good time!

I just tried it for PA and it doesn't work. Bummer

Kids that age will LOVE GWL! Also remember that you can get in early on your arrival day and swim before your room is ready and you can be in the waterpark on check out day until it closes at 10! I wish we could afford to go back soon. As far as promo codes, make sure you know what it comes from, because we used one we got on here and then had to pay full price once we got there. It was for alumni of a certain college and other people had used it successfully without an id card, but they did not honor it for us.

For all those looking for a code to GWL or many, many other online places:

Just type "Great Wolf Lodge code" into google, and you'll find plenty of places that list promotion codes. It also works for Kohl's, Penney's, Macys, and of course the Disney Store.

There is one site that I love, just put the words Retail me not dot com, and enjoy the savings to tons of places!

I got the code on a flyer in the mail. I signed up on their website and get a postcard or flyer every 2-3 months. I've never been able to have a code available for a time when we could go until now.

Thanks for the info that there are lots of food options in Kansas City. That helps. I also like the idea of bringing cereal and easy breakfast foods too. We usually stay at places where breakfast is provided so I don't always think about bringing it.

I am leaning towards going with the standard room, it's an extra $30 for one of the "cool" rooms. I can always hope for an upgrade, right? It worked at the Wilderness Lodge last May!!! I booked woods view 2 queen beds, and we got a bunk bed room.

also wondering how you get the code? ARe you on some type of mailing list? Please share :goodvibes

I don't know where in Ontario you are but I am too. We have went to both GWL and Kalahari in Ohio. Kalahari, IMO and my kids opinion is much better and A LOT cheaper!! You should check it out!
