I just booked a 2 night stay starting Friday night. However I booked on Saturday. Do you think I can call them and get them to adjust the rate? Or do you think I need to cancel and rebook? There is almost a $100.00 difference between the 2 rates.

I also wanted to add that they offer a discount throughout the year at Greatwolf Lodges for Armed Forces, Police, Fire, EMS, and Hospital Workers. The code is Heroes and it saved me about 200 for the Mason, Oh Lodge during Thanksgiving.

I just booked a room in June at the Grapevine, Texas GWL using the HEROES code and it saved me a 100. We are just going for one night.

Then I looked at a day midweek in October for my sons birthday and with the discount it was $159 a night plus taxes. Pretty good deal!

I love the one in Grapevine we used to go there when we lived in OK. There is also a Rainforest Cafe close by. Have a great time!!!

I booked a stay with the 48 hour sale they emailed me about for August.
I just checked the HEROES code and it is only good on Family Suite (queen & king rooms) and you must be a member of military, fire or police with ID. Use code with caution. Great rate at Grapevine though - $150 a night! (savings of $90 + tax on a Sun - Thur night)
We are getting 2 nights (sun & mon) in August in a kid cabin for $600 total (including tax) saving about $150 on the stay.
