GREAT UPDATE!! My frustrations with Dell continue... can anyone help? Please?

I just checked this thread again to see your update. Then I read it to my husband since he has a Dell. Before I read him the update he told me to get in touch with you and say you could just borrow his (since we live in the same town). He's sweet :).
