Great Trip! Nov 26 - Dec 3

Thanks everyone for all the advice that made this another great trip! A few notes. ... Shades of Greeen was wonderful and I am a deluxe resort snob! I didn't make dinner reservations for the candlelight processional or Fantasmic and we had wonderful places to watch with no waiting in line! Very nice!!!
Weather was great, although The water park was a little chilly for me. When you were in the water it was great but out of the water was cold. Crowds were heavier than I am used to (usually go in Sept) but still very manageable. Friday, Dec 3 at MK was very crowded and we left the parks and went to Downtown Disney and DQ instead. The MVMCP on 11-30 was great for the shows but crowd wise was as full as the days. We actually rode more rides during the day hours than during the party. Can't wait to write out a trip report....until then if you have any questions ask away....
I am also very proud that we stayed within our budget this trip without skimping on anything!

Welcome home. Sounds like you had a great time. Kind of defeats the point of going to MVMCP if the the lines are longer than normal day hours.

That was my thought! But, the extra shows they had were worth the time. Just don't go expecting to get more ride time in....

A few questions about MVMCP:

I have seen a post where they mentioned Santa Snowflake special being shown this year. But I have seen several that said it was not. Was it playing and if so where?

Did it snow only during the parades or all night?

What kinds of characters did you see our for meet and greets that are different or rare and where did you see them?

Between 6 and 7 was everyone sent to Tomorrowland? At MNSSHP, someone reported that they had Adverturland open as well. Any other lands open during that time?

Did they have the Tree Lighting Ceremony on the nights of MVMCP?

Any info would be great. Thanks.

There was a "Celebrate the Season" show that was on the castle forecourt state three times a night. Is that what you are referring to? Not sure about the snow. It was snowing when we left for the evening. The rest of the night we were back in the park. We were sent to Tomorrowland after 6pm, unless you had a priority seating. This was really no big deal. We saw Donald that night. He is very hard to find generally... We don't do princesses, so can't help you there! If you want the schedule let me know and I will type it out for you...

Belle's Enchanted Christmas was in Fantasyland last year since this show was in her space. In the other post that I saw, it listed both shows and both of them in Fairytell Garden at about the same time -- which is impossible. So I am unsure if it is playing this year.
