Great Stay at Poly (includes PICS!)

I spent a week (9/10-9/17) at the Poly and had a wonderful time. This was my second stay at the Poly. The magic began when I checked in and learned that I had been upgraded to the concierge building! What an amazing treat! I had never stayed concierge level before and enjoyed every minute of it. The staff was very helpful and the food and beverage offerings in the lounge were delicious.

My garden view room was clean and in excellent condition. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony and taking in the pretty view.

I have stayed at some nice hotels and resorts in the USA and Europe and the Poly is my favorite. The ambiance is so relaxing and tropical. The resort is gorgeous and the people staying there are happy. I'm already looking forward to returning in 2008!

We ADORE the Poly and stay there every trip. But we've always just stayed in a regular GV room. Maybe we'll be lucky enough to do concierge someday .....

We are only our count down to stay at the Polynesian the end of October.

I saw you got an upgrade. Did you have a garden view before you got upgraded? I take it you didn't have a room request then? I can't decide what to do. Part of me wants to request but part of me is also hoping for pixie dust and an upgrade to concierge.

Anyone have any suggestions?
