Great service from Happy Limo!

We just returned from a BWV / Disney Cruise trip and used Happy Limo. We had never used a limo service before so I didn't know exactly what to expect and was concerned that they may be late or we might not be able to find them at the airport or port. We had no problems whatsoever.

We had 3 trips with them: airport to BWV, BWV to Port Canaveral, Port Canaveral to the airport. Each time we were picked up in a new, clean black Cadillac. The first two trips we were a bit early and our driver was already there. Because of hightened security when disembarking the ship we were 20 minutes late meeting our driver for the trip back to the airport but he was still there waiting for us.

We were on the same cruise, also using Happy Limo, and had the same great service! We stayed at the Holiday Inn Select the night before the cruise...we got down to the lobby early, and they arrived right after we got down there. We too were late getting off the ship due to the heightened security. A tip for future cruisers: If you think you will be late and want to call your towncar company, do it BEFORE you step off the ship. Cell phones cannot be used once you step off the ship (even if the crowd is so large that you are standing an inch from the door!). We were going to call while waiting in line on the ship, but I put it off and lost the opportunity. Thankfully our driver was right there waiting for us after we finally made it off.
