We just got back for US/IOA last week and someone stole my 7 years Nike shoes right off the ground. We had just got off a water ride and he had to use the restroom all the sudden so off my son ran right across the way to the restroom. He had his sandels on and left the shoes over near the edge of the woods. Needless to say they were gone 4 minutes and we came back to find them gone. We went to lost and found later that day and ask if someone turned them in and of course they didn't. Here comes the great part, I walked over to the CS counter to ask if they sold shoes (since we had 3 more days and now no shoes other than slip on sandels), he asked what happened and I told him. He told me where they sold some crocs with backs and also maybe some shoes and handed me a $50 gift card and told me they were sorry for the problem and to buy my son some shoes with it
They did not have to do that, they also checked back with me 3 days later to just let me know no one had turned them in.
