Great Sale at JoAnne's

For those of you that have a JoAnne's Fabric & Craft Store near you, you MUST take a few mins from your busy schedules this
wknd and run in!! ALL scrapbook paper is on sale. The paper that is normally .59 a sheet is on sale 6 sheets for .96!!! Yep, you read that right...... 96 CENTS....that breaks down to .16 a sheet!! What A STEAL! I went today and bought WAY too much!
Plus stickers & embellishments are 30% off as well as other discounts that I can't remember. Alot of really cute picture frames and generic albums for friends that don't scrapbook are on sale.
My DD(13) bought one of her girlfriends a really cute frame on sale at $1.50!! I don't remember the orginal price but it was on clearance for $3.00 w/an additional 50% off. Great time to stock up on those little stocking stuffers, teacher gifts etc. Halloween costumes and decorations were on sale too for 40-60% off. The sale is good only today and tomorow so better get there fast!

I was just at Jo-ann's on Thursday and bought a lot of the Disney stickers and embellishments, I was waiting for a sale to get a lot of this stuff so I could start my scrapbook and at 30% off it's such a good deal. I still spent $18.00 on stickers though, shhhhh! lol

I went to JoAnn's yesterday.
I got a pack of paper called Fall Stack with 180 sheets of Fall colored/patterened paper. It was on clearance for $15, but with the 1/2 off clearance prices I only paid $7.50!

I also got come really cute Disney keychains. They were on clearance and rang up at $1.50 each. I got Nemo, Squirt, Dumbo and Jiminy Cricket. They also had Cheshire Cat, Dory, and a couple others. Very cute.

They also had a bunch of Disney patches and Disney ribbon on clearance.

Hi there,
I am new to scrapbooking and I have a question. Does Joanne's have the refills that will fit the 12 X 12 Disney scrapbook? They have a plastic cover and I am kicking myself for not buying the refills while I was at WDW last week. Any ideas? Thanks!

I have the Disney album w/the 3 Princesses on it and yes, I buy the regular post bound refill packages (Pioneer I think) at JoAnne's and Michael's. I usually wait to buy when they are either on sale or I have a coupon.

Disneysnowflake--I missed the keychains and Disney ribbon!! Hate that!! The girls were "starving" and were ready to go so since they had been so patient and let me shop for my paper, I called it a day and left. Sure wish I had seen that ribbon! Maybe they'll have another sale in a couple weeks and I can go back. I should have my next commission check in by then!

I saw the Fall Stack but didn't realize the paper was that great of a price. I am so focused on getting this Disney, Universal and Sea World vacation album done, I really can't think of anything else. I did find some really neat paper tho for the Epcot or Animal Kingdom section...It's a cream colored background on one side that looks like a concrete wall. On the left hand margain is a Budha statue that looks like an actual picture somewhere. It has a blue sky behind it and there is some mold on the side of his head so I thought I could use celery or jade color card stock to double mat my pictures. If it works as good as I'm thinking, it'll be pretty neat!

I have alot of great ideas but little time to put them into action. Maybe now that today was our last soccer game and the season is over until next year, I can focus on Scrapbooking!

Because of this post I went to JoAnn's and ended up spending $70!! But that's ok - I got a bunch of stuff to make Christmas gifts with (now if only I could get to making them!! LOL) I got a bunch of sheets of paper (how could I pass up the price of 6 for 96 cents - my JoAnn's had perfect paper to scrap my recent trip to Animal Kingdom and since my sister was on trip and also is a scrapper I had to get a set for her as well.) But yes the prices were great this weekend. I love Joann's - my DH even got me a $100 GC from there last Christmas - I better put in the word that I expect one of those again this Christmas!! LOL

I saw this post and went to Joanne's stickers were 30% off, but the paper was still 59 cents. Still spent too much money.

The JoAnn sale everyone was talking about was the Moonlight Madness sale that was held on Oct 22 and 23. They had 1/2 off all their clearance items and one coupon for each day for 50% off one reg. priced item, plus other sale things.

You can sign up in the store to receive their flyers in the mail.

From what I've read, if you bought the actual book at WDW, you will need to call merchandising to get extra page protectors. As far as the Sandylion Disney books, you can check the store where you purchased the book.
