Head's up:
Just re-tried my Dollar reservation (out of TPA) with no code and beat all previous rates. Got a rate of $118.99 for a week for an intermediate car. As a member of Dollar's FastLane program (free to join), I've gotten a "free upgrade" coupon. Thus, I may get a full-size vehicle for about $160/week including tax. Not too bad!
BTW, I can't take full credit as I followed advice from Mary Waring's website.
