Great private transportation experience?

Does anyone have any wonderful private transportation experience with a particular company they can share with me?

We have used Happy Limo in the past and I haven't been super excited or impressed with our experiences with them. The guy was late, the limo smelled of cigarette smoke and he rolled out a weird red carpet and made us take pictures in front of the giant white limo before we left. Needless to say I wasn't thrilled with the experience. He apologized profusely for being late and it wasn't a huge deal to us... it was only 15 min. It's just not something I want to do again.

I'm looking for a black SUV/ limo with prompt service and perhaps some bottled water. {I am always thirsty }

Any recommendations are appreciated!

I've used Tiffant Towncar at least a dozen times, and I've always had excellent service.

No bottled water, though, but I've never had to pose or wait for them...

We LOVE LOVE LOVE Charlie with Park Ave Limos. We have had wonderful experiences with him. If you ask he will gladly have water available for you!! He has even picked up "adult beverages" for us to bring with us on the cruise so we wouldn't need to stop on our way to port.
ETA... Charlie did not make us pose but.... we made him!

Pretty sure you could always say "No. We would like to go." I mean, you ARE the paying customer after all...
