I just got back from WDW and I purchased the dining plan. WOW!! This was excellent! We kept track of prices of all dinners, lunches and snacks and my family of 3 (2 adults and 1 child) ate a little over $1000 of food but we only paid $600 for the plan. What a deal!! Anyways, here are my suggestions:

Earl of Sandwhich in Downtown Disney Village is great!
Grand Floridian Cafe- pretty good!
Mama Melrose's in MGM- not bad but not great
Kona Cafe in the Polynesian- pretty good
Concourse Steakhouse in the Contemporary Resort- Excellent!!
Narcoosse's at the Grand Floridian- The best!! This food was sooooo good! and so worth 2 dinner credits.
Restaurant Akershus in Norway at Epcot- went here for the Princess Dinner. The food was not the best i had all week but much better than we expected.

Also, go to Peco's Bill (either in Adventureland or Frontierland not sure) go here for Quick Service. I have eaten there the last two times I went and the food is always fresh and tasty.

We just got back too.
The best meals we had were:

The Fish & Chips CS at Raglan Road was awesome! The child size is as large as adult (we could not tell them apart)Good to know for next time.
Teppanaki-another great meal
Crystal Palace-nice breakfast
Garden Grill at Swan-large portions, fresh salad and sandwhiches

Just Average:
Boma-going down hill since last trip-used to be my favorite
Chef Mickeys
Sci Fi
Planet Hollywood
Boulangerie France Epcot CS

Worst:
Marakesh-just awful-bad food/bad service
Noodle Station-fatty thigh meat chicken w/hardened rice.Yuk.
