Hi Everyone!

Can y'all help with a place to watch football? We are looking for somewhere to watch the nat'l champ. game that takes ressies!!

Thanks!

We leave Saturday and I am dying! I cannot wait!!!

Maybe try the Rix Lounge at Coronado Springs? When we were there in November, they had lots of signs out about special deals during NFL games on Sunday and we watched a Celtics game there one night. I am not sure if they take reservations but they had friendly servers and comfy couch seating.

You can also try the Buffalo Wild Wings just east of Downtown Disney, not sure if they will take ressies for the game tho.

I do not believe there is anyplace at WDW that you can make a reservation, sit at a table in a restaurant and watch a football game (ESPN, while it's dedicated to watching sports, doesn't take reservations). There are several places with TVs in a bar or lounge, but no reservations can be made to do that. You could try Big River Grill, they've got TVs at the bar and the place is small. However, I don't think you are guaranteed to be seated where you can see a TV. You also can't make reservations there through Disney but you can "call ahead" if you call them directly.

Y'all have given me some good choices. I was trying to aviod the ESPN club b/c it is first come first serve. The game is on my DS 5th birthday and I would hate to spend it waiting for a table! It might be room service and game watching in the room!!

Good news is we do not have a dog in THIS hunt. The Aggies play in the Cotton Bowl the night before we leave !

Paradiso 37 has a TV in the dining area. Not in the lounge area-I know kinda strange. I could see it from our high table near the bar but it was too far away to watch. It is a very small area and I don't know if you could request a table near the TV.

I'm a Patriots season ticket holder and couldn't get into ESPN on December
6th when they were playing the Jets (I was down for a work conference) because the baseball winter meetings were at the Swan and because of it, ESPN was jammed packed.

I walked across the bridge and watched the game at the Martha's Vineyard Lounge at the Beach Club. I had a seat right in front of the tv, ordered some appitizers and a couple of adult beverages and just sat back and watched. There were other folks there but it wasn't packed. Was a perfect spot to relax and watch the game. They even have an area near the front, on the right hand side that has couches and another flat screen tv.

Can't go wrong there!

Too funny jakeybake - my hubby left me at the Magic Kingdom on the 6th while him and his buddy went to ESPN and they too couldnt get in and ended up watching the game at the beach club. They were disapointed the next Sunday that the game wasnt on local tv so they headed to ESPN, got in line at the bar side and got in in about a half an hour.

I myself watched the games from the comforts of my villa at the beach club!
