Great news!

I went to the dr's today and foung I lost 18.5lbs since I was weighed last on their scale 10wks ago

Hey, that's right- it's 1.85 pounds per week- just think if you keep this up then by Christmas you could have tripled your weight loss!! Don't know if ya need to lose that much but it sure does help me see what weight I'm projected to be at if I maintain my steady losses! It's almost too good to believe!! And 18.5 pounds gone means atleast a size gone too- maybe some new inspiration clothes are due!
