Following on from my thread dated 30/5 (Disaster...)
I got in touch with flightshop to see whether we could get any refund of the 2 10 day world passes (as 5 members of our party dropped out of our forthcoming trip in October), as the tickets haven't been issued yet they said they would charge £25 per person cancellation fee which means we will get a refund of about £326 which is fantastic news. We also have been stuck with 5 Universal Bonus passes worth about £68 each - this morning I received an email from Universal saying they have a new returns policy and if I return the unwanted tickets they will refund the cost. I am so pleased! So if anyone else gets stuck with similar tickets this thread may help.
