Great New Stuff, But what about Tron's Ending?

With all the excitement about the new VMK improvements and October releases I think Tron month has been forgotten. Oh, don't worry, I'm totally jazzed about all the new stuff. Totally!

But I'm also exceptionally pleased with the roll out of Tron and hope for a great finale! I'm still hoping for a quest for the pink Tron suit. We should get a pin this Friday... and I'm hoping we can buy the Tron teleporters then too.

I wonder if the Tron stuff will remain on sale in Inner Space through October or if it will end on Sunday? Hmmm...

Any thoughts?

I'm not sure if the Tron stuff will stay on sale or not.
I'm prepared for it being pulled after sunday night.
All I have to do is buy whatever comes out on Friday and I'm set for Tron.

I remind you that these are the coolest teleporters ever (they are also really small, and you can access them from any direction). This is definately going to put a sizable dent into our Costume Allowance if the Tron Stuff is pulled from the stores.

Hummm thats a good question ...as I have been waiting for those Tron Teleporters since I first saw in the room before it came out!! I totally agree with you the we are all excited about the costumes and new stuff...BUT please tell us the Ending of Tron!!
I am so hoping that the Tron Teleporters will go on sale Friday and your right they are the coolest! Oh how cool it would be to have a Tron Quest for the PINK Tron suit for a fantastic Tron month! I hoping!!

Emery I haven't but used the porters once. It was really nifty! Very Star Trek. Just what a teleporter should look like. Thumbs Up!

I hope it doesn't end and I don't really see why it will... Bird's right, there doesn't appear to be anything else coming out that would fill a Space Shop. So I hope the Tron merch (especially if they sell porters) stays around a few months.

But I'm w/ct in that I'm ready for the end of Tron, should everything be pulled from the shelves Sunday night. Assuming pin and teleporters at 500 each go on sale I can afford a dozen of each, maybe more depending on how well I do in Fireworks on my day off tomorrow and still have plenty for costumes.

Guess I've been asleep, I didn't even realize there was a pink tron suit. I'd like one of those please. Could it be a mystery item? And yes.. I'd also like the teleporters. Then again, I'm still waiting for a seagull light post!

Pink tron suits would be fun but I'm not really a tron fan so I'll be glad when it's over and Halloween festivities officially start.

With that said, I hope they pull all the tron stuff off the shelves after this weekend so that I actually have something nonbuyable that will be worth a decent trade at some point.

At the first greetings programs I asked Hula if we would be able to "get" the tron teleporters for our rooms and she said, "Yes!" This Sunday I again asked her,.."the teleporters, soon?" She again said, "Yes " So they SHOULD be out this weekend for sale..

My guess, Kasiks, is that the Quest Kiosk will remain retired for a while. They'll probably re-release it next year during another "Quest Month"

Yeah, back in April when I started there was a tiny little picture on the Main VMK page of two VMK people - one wearing the new released blue Tron suit, the other wearing a pink one with the caption "on sale this summer" (or something like that). Plus on some thread around here (or perhaps another site) there were pictures of Yavn and another tester walking around VMK's Tomorrowland wearing the blue and pink suits. Both were boys, so perhaps the pink suit will be omni-sex. Maybe like the baseball suit they'll call it "red" (or maybe they'll call it magenta or purple, who's to say?).
