Hi all!
As I am slowly pulling myself out of my post-Disney depression and getting around to posting about my trip, I wanted to give everyone a heads up on a great souvenir I got last week at the Virgin megastore at DTD. They have an imported set of CDs called "Classic Disney 5 CD Box set: 60 Years of Musical Magic" on sale for $32. It contains almost any disney song you could want, in the original recording from the films or attractions. It focuses more on the film side though. In all there are 125 songs! If you look online at the Virgin Megastore website they have it for $42 & you can see the song lists. According to the woman at the Virgin Megastore, this is the same CDs as the separately sold US versions of the Classic Disney collection, but instead of $20 each, you get all 5 for $32.
This may be old news to some folks but I was so excited to pick this collection up. It has many of the songs I loved but would never think to look for, ie. "Seize the Day" from Newsies. It is definitely helping me transition back to the "real world."
