I have to say that today I got wonderful MS results. I had to change dining reservations at Cinderella's Table and BOG. My CM, Michelle, got things done. Then we realized that when I booked CRT, I never got the DVC discount. Michelle worked her magic and even got her supervisor's help to get me the discount. Today I felt the magic!

Nice to hear. We so often post complaints or bad experiences. We don't hear enough of good experiences.

I must say, I've always had the best experiences with the CM's. Once in awhile I'll get one that may not know all the in's and out's, but they are always helpful and so polite.
