Great info about Candlelight Processional dinner packages

Deb's site is always loaded with info. But I was told that there IS a 15% coupon for Epcot merchandise included this year. (but then it was very early this morning!)

Carol

Carol - I was told that also...but couldn't figure out how to e-mail Deb Wills! Hopefully she will have that piece of info corrected soon - assuming WE were given the right info!

I was also told that this morning when I booked our CP date.

Yesterday, the CM told me that there was a 15% discount again this year, but no lanyard or pin. She was very thorough and seemed experienced. I think Deb's site has misinformation. I'm going to email her and ask that she verify her info.

For those that are interested, her email address is simply

deb@wdwig.com

They've had the 15% discount the last 2 years.

Been there, done it.
Have the bills to prove it.

Received a very prompt reply to my email to Deb Wills.

Thanks much for the note. I specifically asked when I called yesterday morning and was told no.

If you and others were told yes, that is likely the case (I did call early).

I'll check again tomorrow to get it verified!

Deb

I'm sure the info on WDWIG will be updated as soon as Deb can verify it.

Is the 15% off only at WS stores or at all of the Epcot stores?

Thanks for the info....

at all the stores in Epcot.
There are restrictions on certain items.
But most stuff (like clothes, CD's, etc) are good for the discount.

I was told this morning that the 15% was in and so was the tax and gratuity and then she read the details again and the gratuity was gone. So......does anyone really know what is included?
Thanks.

I can't help with the gratuity, but I am assuming that it is, at least I hope so. As for the tax, the price per person quote that you are give DOES NOT include the tax BUT the total you paid is with the tax.

We just made res for the Biergarten package. 5pm show 630 ps.It is our first time attending. Is this enough time(figured it was since Germany is close by).Deb's site mentions 7 or later PS with 5 pm show. Also our CM we talked to this morning didn't really have or seem to know much info.Told us to "just show up with your ps #. Staying at the WL.Is it true you can pick up your tickets at your resort? Thanks

Yes you can pick up your package at guest services at the WL up to 7 days in advance. You can also pick up your package at Epcot. Your priority seating time should be fine. We did the 5:00 show with 6:40 priority seating.:D

Just wanted to confirm nisiemouse's post. The CP show is only 40 - 45 minutes long. Since it probably won't :teeth: take you 45 minutes to get from the theater to the Biergarten. Your 6:30 PS is fine. Enjoy the show and your dinner!

Thanks nisiemouse and CarolMN.:D

I booked this morning and was told tax was not included but gratuity was. She said you pay the tax at the restaurant. When she gave me the totals it was $39.99 x 2 = $79.98, then total $84.78. That's 6% more, so I assume that is the tax. So is the gratuity included in the $39.99 or not?

I booked the 6:45 show on 12/8 with dinner at 8:00 at LeCellier.

This is how it was explained to me. When they came up with the prices for the Tiers, they figured out how much the meal would cost, and then added the 15% gratuity. So, the Tier price includes the gratuity. Sales Tax still has to be added to the price. Of course, this means that WDW is charging tax on your gratuity.

The price you pay when you book the dinner package is the total price - unless you order beverages.

The price they quote you per person is w/ the tax. For example. $26.99. But after you book the total you pay is including tax or $28.61.

Unless its changed since last year, the price you pay is the total price including tax and gratuity unless your order beverages. We did leave extra for our waitress at the Rose and Crown because she was great and we normally over tip anyway. But she did make a point of mentioning that her gratuity was included in our package.
