Great In Store Walmart Laptop Deal

We were able to pick up a Compaq laptop 15.6" 250g 2g (I don't get this stuff), with an Intel processor and Window 7 for $200.00. It was marked down from $298.00 and then they took an additional 25% off. This was instore only.

DS is happy for now, he will upgrade it as needed.

Only downfall is it does not have a built-in webcam and no slot for transferring pics from a card directly.

Great for younger kids.

dh just bought my mom a Dell from Wal Mart - with the web cam (it was the only thing she asked for!)

the Wal mart we were in didnt have any Dells in stock, but let us buy the display for $100 OFF - since dh is a computer geek (software engineer) - he was able to determine all was good - and it was a HUGE deal!!
