We are planning a trip this coming January when my DD will turn 8 (I also have a DS9 and DD5) and I want to do something special and unique that we can all enjoy. let me add that we might have a large group (ext. family considering coming too). This will be her 5th trip to Disney, and we have done lots of the character dining - kinda overdid last time - and I don't want to alienate the boys with something too girly. We have done the princess and Cinderella dinners, Chef Mickeys, and Spirit of Aloha in the past, among many others. We were also at Disney for DS's 8th birthday (by coincidence) and went to Whispering Canyon Cafe - that was a blast! I kind of want this to be a surprise - we haven't told the kids yet - so I don't want to ask her for ideas. Is there someplace unique, kid-friendly, group-friendly, non-character that you all would recommend? I can always count on the DIS!!
My husband just booked this today, so can you tell how excited I am? BTW, we will probably be on the DDP - we're big fans!
Thanks everybody!!
