We were very pleased with our experience with Southern Elegance Limo last week. It was our first time using a limo. The reservation process went well. They provided us with the info to fax our grocery order ahead to Albertson's so we could just pick it up on the way to CSR. The day before we left, they called us to tell us that their schedule was a little tight so they would pick up the grocery order for us and have a driver meet us at CSR with it.
Our flight was late taking off, but the driver was waiting for us right where they indicated he would be. I am sorry that I cannot recall his name, but he was wonderful - friendly, polite, and kind. He showed no signs of impatience although I am sure the delayed flight made their tight schedule even more difficult.
He took care of getting our luggage and led us to the curb. He went and got the limo and loaded all the luggage in for us. It was a beautiful limo - meticulous and gorgeous. He told us it was new - they had just gotten it 3 weeks previously.
The kids were very excited. They loved it. They loved watching Lilo & Stitch on the way to CSR and having the sodas available. I had requested 2 booster seats which were there and in excellent condition. The driver was very apologetic that the did not have the big Mickey with us for the ride to CSR. He told us he would definitely have it for the return trip. I told him not to worry. The kids had no idea to expect it, so it didn't really matter. I could tell he was sincerely sorry.
As we pulled into CSR, the driver with our groceries was following right behind the limo so we arrived simultaneously. He was also very nice and polite - driving a beautiful black town car. They told us it was new as well.
For the return trip, our same driver arrived a few minutes early. He loaded up all the luggage for us. As promised, the big Mickey was along for the ride (that is a big Mickey!). He also had small gifts for the children - the WDW fireworks magnets. They loved that!
The driver couldn't have been any nicer or more professional. Both he and the towncar driver who brought the groceries thanked us for choosing them. It was obvious they take pride in their work. It was an excellent experience and I highly recommend them. They do a nice job.
