I don't know if its available in every Dollar Tree but I found a great toiletry bag with all kinds of sample for my guest welcome bags.
It includes:
5x7 clear plastic bag with zipper
in them were:
colgate Toothbrush
crest samples of toothpaste
Crest mouthwash- travel size

samples of tridend gum
some have samples of shampoo
Pond's Handcream
Cutex nail polish removal pads.
