I thought you all might get a kick out of this story.
I received a very formal looking letter from The Disney Corporation today, not the usual DVC promotional material or confirmation letters. It was a letter of apology and a cheque for $29.32. Apparently while we were staying at the BCV's for 2 weeks at Christmas one of the charges that we made to our room was entered twice ( I know I should check more closely). The letter described that during a regular audit of customers bills they turned up this error and are refunding me the amount of the over charge, they also went on to thank us for being part of the DVC family.
I almost feel like framing it and showing it to all those people who ask "are you going to Disney AGAIN!!!!!"

they told me to come down to the front desk and pick it up, now keep in mind we didnt even know it was missing, little alone that my dvc card was in the case.......
