Great Customer Service from Eurostar

I emailed Eurostar yesterday to let them know my concerns about not being allocated a seat next to Olivia on our return journey. (we were in the same carriage but she would have been sat in front of me and not next to me).

I had asked whether it would be possible to change seats as on the website it was stating that the train was at full capacity and these were the last two seats left.

I got a reply from them just a few hours later to say that it has been updated and we are now sat together! :thumbsup2

Just thought I'd share my positive encounter as I know others have had the same problem before. I am so glad that I've got it resolved as that would have always cast a shadow over the trip.
